In the mature North American markets of the United States and Canada, global or regional roles make up the bulk of ChapmanCG’s HR searches. In Latin America, these roles tend to be more continent-specific. We are seeing increased movement of HR talent between the fast-growing markets in Latin America and the more developed North American markets. This talent includes high potential Latin American talent who are posted to headquarter settings in North America. It also includes North American talent with Latin American-focused developmental assignments.
We continue to see Latin American and North American HR talent being posted in Europe and fast-growing parts of Asia, particularly China and Singapore. In ChapmanCG’s global headquarter market of Singapore, we have witnessed many future Global North American HR leaders being groomed to return to their home market in leadership positions. ChapmanCG runs regular global HR networking meetings in New York and San Francisco.
