The Associate Consulting Team (ACT) is comprised of Senior Associates and Associates, and is usually along the career path to joining our Senior Consulting Team. Our Associates are involved in research, taking briefs, assisting with the management of all stakeholders in the search, reference checking and offer negotiation. They will also be involved in many proactive activities around how we identify new contacts for and manage our external HR contact base.

All potential hires to ACT will have advanced social media, client, and technological skills. Experience in recruitment or search is not required, but excellent problem solving and follow-through skills are a must. A successful ACT candidate will undergo a thorough background check, which includes professional reference checking and a psychometric test to uncover workplace preferences. Total compensation is comprised of fixed salary and quarterly, discretionary bonuses.
